• Drive and accompany our clients at a time to suit them.
• Keep our clients updated on the properties we view to fine-tune their requirements.

And, once a suitable property has been found, we:

• Provide a thorough evaluation of its type and location, based on our local market knowledge.
• Professionally negotiate terms in the best interests of our client.
• Take whatever measures are necessary to avoid gazumping competition.

As a property search agency we offer the service to arrange all your meetings with all estate agents, agencies, owners or other property contacts. This will save you time driving hours to one and the same area several times, just with different estate agents showing different or sometimes same properties. This saves you time trawling through endless websites or tramp the streets from agent to agent, who only want to sell you what they have on their books.
Providing us with links to properties you have seen in the web, we will approach the estate agents and owners, do organize the viewing trip schedule in way to show you everything for sale in the specified area and matching your search criteria.
We are not in competition with estate agents - but compliment the service they offer. Estate agents value the efficiency and certainty that we bring to the buying process. We are often able to show you the best properties first because they know we represent serious buyers.

Our property search fees:
A standard retainer of 300 Euro pays for a consultant to work with you for up to six months or until completion.

The rest of the fee is calculated by taking 3% of the final purchase price. This will be due on successful preliminary contract on your property. A minimum total fee of 850 Euro fee does apply.
There are no hidden costs as the retainer covers all of our expenses.

Our estate agents fees:
First deal of a client - standard estate agents commission of 3% of the purchase price, minimum of 850 Euro, or a maximum of 4000 Euro
Each next deal for the client - 2,5% of the purchase price, minimum of 650 Euro, or a maximum of 3000 Euro

NOTES:
One of the fees (search or estate agents fee) is applicable only for a client/deal.
Our fees do cover lawyer’s fees due upon successful completion of the deal. Our lawyers do prepare legal statement prior to any deposits paid; preliminary and final contracts and they do guarantee and are accountable for any documents signed by the client.

Legal assistance for purchase of a real estate already chosen by the client, and on conditions already negotiated by the client -  650 Euro
Company registration assistance – 350 Euro
Personal assistance – 50 Euro per hour
